Terms of Use

Momentix Trades (“we”, “us”) provides trading education: courses, videos, a private trading journal, and opt-in AI journal analysis. We are not a brokerage, dealer, or investment advisor. Nothing on this platform is personalized investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a promise of results.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and purchase a membership.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@momentixtrades.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (currently $25/month for the Pro plan, with a 1-week free trial where offered). Prices are in [CAD/USD — confirm]. You can cancel anytime from your account billing page; access continues until the end of the current billing period. See the Refund Policy below.

You agree not to: share your account; scrape or copy course content for redistribution; upload unlawful or infringing material; attempt to access other members' private data; or misuse the AI analyst to generate trade signals for others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All courses, videos, text, graphics, and branding are owned by Momentix Trades or its licensors. Your membership grants a personal, non-transferable license to access content while your plan is active — not ownership.

Journal entries are private to you. We do not sell your data. AI analysis runs only on data you choose to submit, and never trains shared models without your separate, explicit consent. You may export or delete your data at any time.

Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Educational content and AI-generated analysis are informational only, may be inaccurate, and do not guarantee any outcome. Past performance — yours or anyone featured — does not predict future results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Momentix Trades is not liable for trading losses or indirect damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms with notice; continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. Either party may terminate; we may suspend accounts for violations, with pro-rated refunds at our discretion.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
