Plans
Pro membership is $25/month (billed monthly). A 1-week free trial is offered to new members where stated — the trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel before it ends. You will not be charged during the trial.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from your account billing page or by emailing support@momentixtrades.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. No partial-month refunds after the billing period begins.
Refunds
If you are charged and believe it was in error (e.g., charged during an active trial, duplicate charge), contact support@momentixtrades.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review it. Refunds, when granted, go to the original payment method.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we will retry and notify you. Access may pause until billing is resolved; update your payment method in the billing portal to restore it.
Trial abuse
Free trials are limited to one per person. We may revoke trial eligibility for duplicate or abusive signups.
