1. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, password (stored securely/hashed), preferences.
- Billing data: handled by our payment processor — we do not store raw card numbers.
- Journal data: trades, notes, tags, screenshots you enter. Private to you by default.
- Usage data: pages visited, lesson progress, device/browser info, via privacy-conscious analytics.
2. How we use it
To operate your account, deliver courses and journal features, process payments, send transactional emails (verification, receipts, course updates), and improve the platform. Marketing emails only with your consent; opt out anytime.
3. AI analysis
The AI Journal Analyst processes only journal records you explicitly submit. It does not use your data to train models unless you give separate, explicit consent. You can disable AI analysis and delete submitted data in your settings.
4. Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run the platform (payment processor, email provider, hosting, AI provider), bound by confidentiality. We do not sell personal information. We disclose data if required by law.
5. Retention
Account and journal data are kept while your account is active and deleted on request, subject to legal/financial record-keeping obligations (e.g., transaction records). Backups expire on a rolling basis.
6. Your rights
Request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data at support@momentixtrades.com. We respond within 30 days.
7. Security
HTTPS, encrypted storage, access controls, and regular reviews. No system is perfectly secure — use a strong, unique password and enable multi-factor authentication where offered.
8. Children
The platform is for adults 18+ and is not directed at children.
9. Changes
We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice.
